Purpose of Our Surveys: The purpose of conducting our research is for Aquarium Surveys to gain a better understanding of customers in the aquarium world and their needs. This will allow us to provide the highest quality offerings and services to customers and track our ability to do so.
Collection: Use and Sharing of Your Information Aquarium Surveys uses the information that is collected from you when completing one of our surveys to better serve customers, make decisions about new product offerings and formats, improve the content of our websites and other platforms, customize the shopping experience for site visitors and customers, and engage in other legitimate business activities. When a survey offers an incentive prize to participate, we may also use your personal information as necessary to deliver your prize. Personal information collected by Aquarium Surveys through our surveys is confidential and may be combined with information gathered from other survey participants to be analyzed in aggregate. Aquarium Surveys may share your personal information within the Aquarium Surveys Family for the purposes described in this notice. Any use of your personal information by the Aquarium Surveys Family will comply with the provisions contained in this notice. Children’s Privacy Earth Friendly Products’ surveys, and any websites containing our surveys, are not directed to children under 13 years of age and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age through our websites or surveys. If it is discovered that survey information has been unknowingly collected from anyone under the age of 13, the data will be immediately removed from our records and destroyed. In accordance with COPPA, if we require survey information from children, Aquarium Surveys will contact the parent or guardian to arrange the survey activities and we encourage the parent or guardian to closely monitor and participate in the survey activities.
Changes to the Privacy Notice Aquarium Surveys reserves the right to modify and update this notice and its related business practices at any time.
